The Newly Discovred Evidence ranges from the 1988-1989 Sexual Abuse of a Minor(Alex Delance Antwain Harris) a ward of the court under age 12 , June 1996 Assualt of Viriginia Harris involving the Macon Police and The Department of Family and Children Services all of which I witnessed at the age of 13 years old and when I asked one of the back up what were they doing to my mother he grabbed me by my neck and lifted me up off of the ground by my neck, 1999 after failing to investigate and make any arrest from the June 1996 incident the City of Macon Georgia Police S.W.A.T.Team  jumped me after getting off of the phone with the 911 operator placed me in handcuffs and continued to assualt with to committ murder -denied me medical treatment(Entrance to a Clinic)/Conspiracy Against my rights/and more violating my Civil Right's-Human 's Right's-My Constitutional Right's-My Child Victim's and Child Witnesses Right's-Political Right's-and more.September  2000 Bibb County Superior Court Judge's and Prosecuting Attorney working together with Judge's and Prosecuting Attorney(City-State-Federal jurisdiction) all illegally sentenced and convicted me to a crime I didn't committ just like in the 1965 First Degree Murder of Alex Harris Jr. a United States Veteran and other murder's from Olgethrope Community!Yeah!I reported the crimes from the age of 16 year's old to the cuurrent day July 22,2011 making all of my arrest-sentence and conviction's illegal and Kidnapping adding up too Newly Discovered Evidence Probable cause for the Cold Cases/Murder Cases'!(smiling and laughing!!!)
