ELIGIBILITY

Game is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 13 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. The Game and any web site page and advertisements relating thereto, are intended for viewing only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees and agents of the Atlantic Recording Corporation (“Sponsor”), prize donor and their respective affiliate, subsidiary, and parent companies, and advertising and promotions agencies ("Promotion Parties") and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) are not eligible to play or win.

TO PLAY

To play, visit www.PLIESWORLD.com and follow all instructions on game piece inside the Plies “Definition of Real” CD (on sale June 10, 2008) to complete and submit the entry form, including inputting your unique code in the required field. Your game play must be received by 11:59 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/01/08. Upon entering your unique code you will qualify for a chance to win one of two prizes and also be automatically eligible for the Second Chance Drawing for a chance to win any unclaimed prize. Retain your game piece for your records. You may be asked to supply it for winner verification purposes. The entrant(s) with the winning unique code per prize, if claimed, will be contacted on or about 7/31/08 by the independent judging organization (“judges”). Limit: One entry per person or email address per method of entry during the Entry Period. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests will be accepted. All requests become property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, or illegible mail or damaged, torn or separated mail due to improper packaging.

FREE GAME PIECE AND OFFICIAL RULES

For a free game piece and Official Rules, while supplies last, send your name, address, and birth date to: Plies Game Piece, P.O. Box 9269, Medford, NY 11763-9269. Request for free game piece must be postmarked no later than 7/01/08 and received by 7/7/08. Limit: One request per person/envelope. If a game piece request is received between 6/21/08 and 7/07/08, the independent judging organization will play for the entrant on his or her behalf and enter entrant in the Second Change Drawing. Only winners will be notified.

PRIZES AND CORRESPONDING APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")

One (1) Plies "Bust It Baby" 20” custom made female Sterling Silver Pendent and Neck Chain stamped 10K GFI (ARV: $1,900.00) consisting of: 2 carats round cut transparent pink stones and round brilliant cut diamonds; or one (1) Plies “Goon” 30” custom made male Silver Pendant and Neck Chain stamped 10K GFI (ARV: $3,500.00) consisting of : 5 carats of round brilliant cut diamonds will be awarded. The total approximate retail value of all prizes: $5,400.00. Odds of winning estimated at 1:202,500. You are not a winner until your entry has been timely received and verified and validated by the independent judging organization. Prizes awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied. Limit: One prize per household.

GAME PIECE VERIFICATION

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All game pieces are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor and anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify winners. Game pieces will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures or if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unauthorized or illegible in any way, or if they fail to contain special markings and/or security codes used by Sponsor in this Game. Game pieces that contain printing errors, are tampered with, illegible, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained through regular channels will be deemed null and void. Liability for any irregular game piece will be limited to replacement with another. If through printing or production errors, more winning unique codes are printed and distributed than those prize quantities offered in the Official Rules, no more than the actual number of prizes per these Official Rules will be awarded. Should such a situation occur winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all submitted eligible and verified winning prize claims at that level. All materials submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Once a potentially winning number has been verified, the prize winner will be notified by email, mail, telephone and/or overnight carrier. Any prize may also be forfeited if winner is not reachable at the address and/or phone number provided by winner and a forwarding address is not made available. In the event of forfeiture of a prize, for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected in the Second Chance Drawing from among all eligible Second Chance Drawing entries. All prizes will be awarded within 30 days after winner verification/confirmation.

SECOND CHANCE DRAWING

If a potential winner fails to return the required documents by the time indicated or if a prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing to be conducted on or about 7/25/08 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning in the Second Chance Drawing, if needed, depend upon the total number of prizes available and the total number of eligible entries received. All potential Second Chance winners will be notified by email, mail, telephone and/or overnight carrier. Limit one Second Chance Drawing prize per household.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Winners (or a parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit") within ten (10) days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If any prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize may be awarded to an alternate winner at random. The Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner will be responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee relating to each prize.

No substitution of any prize offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted and prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules or game pieces to its members. All persons, by participating in this Game and entering the Second Chance Drawing agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and independent judging organization shall be final and binding.

RELEASES

By participating in this game, entrant (and, if entrant are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) accept all risk and consequences of entry and participation in this game and agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor and all entities involved in the game (“promotional parties”) and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all consequences, liability, losses, damages (including without limitation, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or increased damages and those related to personal injury, death or damage to property) and costs and expenses, of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or related to this game, including but not limited to participation in the game, the acceptance and/or use (or misuse) of prize, printing errors and any claims based upon the rights of publicity and invasion of privacy, even if one or more of the promotion parties or any of the other released parties were aware of the possibility of any such consequences, losses, damages, etc. entrant (and, if entrant are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) acknowledge that prize is awarded as-is. Without limiting the foregoing, entrant (and, if entrant are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) further agree that neither sponsor nor its affiliates, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns, shall be liable for any damages, losses, costs or expenses, of any kind, arising from or related to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of sponsor, promotional parties or their affiliates, prize suppliers, and their respective representatives and agents, including but not limited to acts of god, acts of government, acts of terror, acts of war, civil unrest, labor shortages and/or strikes, even if any one or more of the promotion parties or any of the other released parties were aware of the possibility of any such events occurring.

Except where prohibited by law, by acceptance of prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for advertising and promotional purposes by Sponsor and its designees as determined by Sponsor, without further approval or compensation.

By playing the Game and entering the Second Chance Drawing, entrant (or a parent or legal guardian if entrant is a minor) affirms that they have read, understand and accepted these Official Rules. The laws of the United States apply to and govern this Game, including the Second Chance Drawings and any claims must be raised and resolved in the United States. Any information collected by playing the Game or entering the Second Chance Drawing shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://www.atlanticrecords.com/privacy.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Game, including the Second Chance Drawing, if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award any prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Second Chance Drawing up to the time of the impairment.
